Ithpa. אִתְרַגֵּל, אִירַגֵּל to accustome ones self, make it a habit. Ned.66b כי היכי דלא לִתְרַגְּלֵי למנדר (Rashi לִירַגְּלֵי) that they may not make it a habit to vow.
